About CAROLINE

Caroline Santiago is a CEO, Coach, Advisor and Change Catalyst.  She is the Founder of Utopia Life Consulting Inc., a San Diego based consultancy specializing in equipping leaders and organizations to achieve accelerated growth, high performance, change and transformation while making a positive impact in the communities that they serve. She leads, designs and delivers large scale, systematic, change and transformation programs for organizations on leadership development, human capital, and technology.

Individually, Caroline helps senior leaders accelerate their personal growth by obtaining clarity, prioritizing and shifting to a strategic mindset, practicing agility, while building and maintaining high thriving relationships.

Organizationally, Caroline helps senior leaders and their teams elevate their organizational performance and effectiveness by focusing on several key areas of their business: Vision, Clarity, Leadership Development, Learning Agility, Teaming, Trust and Collaboration, Strategic Communications, Organizational Buy In, and Stakeholder Management. 

Prior to launching Utopia Life Consulting Inc., Caroline held leadership positions at Accenture, KPMG, BearingPoint, and Deloitte Consulting. During her 20-year tenure at the Big 4 Consulting firms she was able to gain invaluable insights and deep expertise in helping senior leaders drive, shape, and powerfully influence their organization’s business, technology and culture transformations. She is a leading Executive and High-Performance Coach that has worked globally with Senior Executives from the top Fortune 100 companies. 

In 2018, Caroline was selected from among 18,000 applicants to be a protégé of Dr. Marshall Goldsmith the #1 Executive Coach in the world. As a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches, she is a leader committed to using her individual talents to make people and organizations better.  Through her work, she partners with the world’s leading executive coaches, consultants, speakers, authors, iconic leaders, entrepreneurs and non-profit leaders and play a part in making the world a better place.

Caroline holds a BA in International Studies with a minor in Gender and Race Relations from George Mason University. She has a passion for speaking and teaching leadership development to the next generation of global leaders. She volunteers and serves as a Leadership Consultant for the Hugh O’Brian Youth (HOBY) Leadership Foundation.
